The rooms at Tea Garden Villa are so cosy and comfortable, with wooden flooring that gives a warm and inviting atmosphere. And let me tell you, the cable TV in the room is a game-changer for relaxing after a long day of exploring Hoi An. As a young traveler, I really appreciated having all the modern amenities like air conditioning and a private bathroom with a shower.
The only thing I didn't love was the bathtub in the bathroom. Personally, I prefer showers, so it was just a minor inconvenience for me.

The rooms are spotless and functional.
thank you for such wonderful stay, having setting in the old quarter. its location very close to own restaurant, a 3 day cruise halong bay tonight and shops, banks and restaurants is magnificent. it's nestled in nice building.

Fabulous stay with delicious breakfast and a lovely pool!
Oh, the joy of not having to carry my luggage around, thanks to the free storage space! I was really looking forward to it, such a disappointment.

The rooms at Tea Garden Villa were so cosy and comfortable, I felt right at home. The wooden flooring gave it a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxation after a long day of exploring Hoi An. Plus, having a cable TV in the room was a great way to unwind before bed.
Personally, I found the deep soaking bathtub in the private bathroom to be a bit too extravagant for my taste. But hey, that's just me!

Centrally located, short walk to old town. Super-friendly owner, offered airport transportation. Good light in the room for reading. Friendly and helpful staff. Invited to taste homemade regional dish. Free bikes to explore ricefields and beach. Breakfast by the poolside, fresh juices and fruitsalad. Great service, value for money
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Excellent value for the money paid. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the old town. The staff at Tea Garden Villa were lovely and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay.
Menu for breakfast could have more variety in terms of fruits.

The value for money at this homestay was exceptional, with spacious rooms and a beautiful pool for the kids to enjoy. The central location made it convenient to explore the town, and the staff treated us like family.
The breakfast experience could have been improved with a wider selection of food.

We had a wonderful stay at Tea Garden Villa for 4 nights. The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff, especially Thuy at reception, were friendly and helpful. The owner, Thanh, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, recommending restaurants and showing us around the area. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the ancient town, and the neighborhood was great. The inexpensive and delicious food options at the cafe made for a convenient and tasty breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.
Totally recommend this hotel.

the spacious garden view room had large windows that allowed plenty of natural light. the location was perfect, quiet yet right in the heart of the city. the staff, especially Qyun, were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for shopping and dining. They even surprised my partner with a birthday cake. the attached restaurant served delicious breakfast, and they assisted us with airport transfers, tours, and additional accommodation. Highly recommended!
There was absolutely nothing I didn't like about Tea Garden Villa. 😊.

Great Location - The hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of town, close to all the key attractions. We loved being able to easily explore and experience the charm of the city.
Overpriced - We found that the prices charged by the hotel were slightly higher compared to other options in the area. It would have been nice to see more competitive rates, considering the overall experience.

The rooms at Tea Garden Villa were super cozy and felt like a home away from home. I loved the wooden flooring and the overall warm ambiance. The cable TV was a bonus, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Hoi An. As a disabled guest, I truly appreciated the air conditioning, as it helped me stay comfortable during my stay.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the deep soaking bathtubs in the private bathrooms. But hey, that's just my personal preference, and I'm sure others would enjoy them.

I always come back to the place where the staff gave me money advice. It has Wi-Fi, parking, AC, breakfast, a restaurant, a pool and allows pets. Perfect for me! I'll be back for holiday.
